Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
The Development Team Leader will oversee and lead the development of technical solutions in line with the client’s needs, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables. The role includes providing technical expertise, facilitating ERP project implementation, mentoring the development team, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in developing new ERP technical solutions, participating in cross-functional meetings, and driving the team to meet organizational and departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the creation of technical project specifications to ensure solutions meet client needs in an accurate and timely manner.
  
• Ensure successful implementation of technical project specifications, providing technical expertise to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Facilitate the implementation and technical support of ERP projects to enhance clients' business performance and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  
• Lead the development of new ERP technical solutions through design, coding, testing, and delivery, improving SkyTech localization using various technologies.
  
• Implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure top-tier performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Train new and current employees, ensuring continuous learning and professional development.
  
• Assist in the recruitment process, especially for technical interviews within the department.
  
• Perform any other task required by the company related to the role.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
  
• 4-5 years of experience of the project, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Proven experience in.Net platform, SQL ,(Flutter or React ).
  
• Experience in successfully delivering full-cycle midterm in the technology filed.
  
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
